III.11. Regular purchase with accumulation of position.

Given that inflation inevitably eats up our money from year to year, it is a good idea to buy a small number of shares of large companies or currency on a regular basis. Taking into account the constant price growth due to inflation, as well as fluctuations in prices themselves, you can accumulate a considerable amount of positions over several years, which can give a very significant monetary gain due to the large volume of the position you have gained. Let’s look at the example of buying a dollar for the period from 31.12.2020 to 31.12.2021 (see Table 1) on a monthly basis.

Suppose during 2021 you regularly bought dollars 1 time a month according to the graph in Table 1, expecting that the exchange rate will rise and you will sell them at a profit.

Already in 2022, you begin to see different options for the amount of profit shown at the bottom in Table 1. That is, we could potentially earn 63.5%. Whether to apply such a strategy or not is up to you. We consider such a strategy appropriate in the years of strong price collapses in the years of crises.
