Article №8. A cashless economy. The basics

Since money economies force us to lose all our savings the more we keep our savings in money, it is natural to gradually move away from money economies not only to save your savings, but also to increase them intensively. To do this, there is a path of cashless economies, when monetary relations are excluded from the economic life of settlements and replaced by another value system that allows a working person to become richer all the time (is it possible?). The price for such benefits is the adoption of a different value system and the conscious rejection of monetary relations, since any action using money causes you to lose your savings (bank interest, inflation, speculation, unknown supranational shadow structures). This article will also be of interest to residents of cities who want to reduce the loss of their savings stored in money.

The key idea of a cashless economy is the organization of life in settlements, when the questions: “Why do you need money at all?”, “It’s more expensive to get involved with money.” become natural. The purpose of life is shifted from the artificial flawed goals of hoarding, burned out by inflation and the imperfections of monetary economies, to the goals of constantly improving production methods and creating any real values, the cost of which is constantly rising against the background of inflation in cities and in the world. In this clever way, we are moving from the philosophy of constant impoverishment in cities to the philosophy of constant enrichment in settlements of penniless economies, i.e. to the worldview of our wise ancestors (remember how people lived 200 years ago — everything was based on strong private farms). That is, the technology of a number of foreign corporations is used — the constant construction of their facilities in the best corners a world where real estate prices are rising all the time. As a result, you got rid of money by investing in a real object, and thus now you are constantly getting rich on inflation and various unexplained factors of accidental rise in the price of real estate or some other objects in the real world. The rich know the secret of money — money is worth more today than it will be in the future, because they know where the money comes from and how it is manipulated to withdraw huge resources from the economies of countries due to the depreciation of money in the hands of the population.

From a certain point on, the history of industrial development in our country began to be based on the principle: “How is it done there in the West?” (approximately from Peter the Great). So we fell into the dangerous trap of depending on the decisions of the West or someone else. Let me explain it more simply: my grandmother in the village sells natural, chemical-free milk for 30 rubles per 1 liter. A citizen buys, in fact, 0.8 liters of synthetic milk (even here it’s a lie) for 79 rubles in the city, because this milk is made in a factory designed using Western technologies! Question: Citizens, are you overindulging? Maybe it’s easier to buy milk from your grandmother for 30 rubles than to waste money and feed the West, which will also humiliate and deceive you? What if we develop a village, fill it with talented people and reduce the cost of milk to 16 rubles for 1 real liter? That is, let’s reverse inflation by removing all the excess that sucks our money! It may seem that the example is far-fetched, because we began to receive almost two times less for 1 liter of milk! But we started selling 10 times more milk! How do you like this result? If you don’t believe it, look at what’s happening in China right now! But they started from scratch, without money.

It has been known since ancient times that a person living on his own land is absolutely autonomous and does not need anything. That’s why all sorts of innovators disliked him and tried to get into his pocket. Let’s recall the dispossession of the kulaks during collectivization: the kulaks had everything, so they were robbed and imprisoned, because they were endangering the future of the city regime. Who would go to factories in the cities to experience endless ordeals, trying to please the new owners? Kulak created everything himself, because he was not a timid person and was very hardworking. He didn’t have time to listen to chatterboxes of various ranks, because There was a lot of work. Now imagine if you could help Kulak with scientific research through the prism of modern human knowledge? Do you understand what heights he could reach in a short time? That’s why they called him “kulak” – for his strength of spirit, words and deeds.

Next, let us recall the Stalinist collectivization, when wheat from our country was overflowed by all importing countries. It’s also about the elements of a cashless economy!

This article discusses the principles of building settlements based on a cashless economy and the gradual shift of society from urban development strategy to the development of such settlements with some amazing abilities.:

– there are no crises, because a planned economy is used (something like collectivization), everything is determined in advance;

– there is no inflation, because there are no monetary relations (there is no way to steal money through banks);

– high economic stability, due to the absence of dependence on external factors, the absence of bank interest;

– forming a contemptuous and judgmental attitude towards loans and borrowings: why do I need a loan if tomorrow I get everything I need for free with my work?

– super rapid growth of wealth, expressed in physical terms (hundreds of% per year according to the main growth indicators);

– there is no leakage of capital beyond the boundaries of the settlement, all accumulated wealth remains safe and sound with the settlers;

– complete autonomy, up to a separate house, and independence from external subsidies;

– a high degree of innovation due to the interest of the population in such settlements and the desire to achieve new stages in the development of their settlements;

– lack of monetary relations due to the departure from the principles of money to the principles of non-monetary thinking;

– a high degree of self-organization and social cohesion in such settlements;

– the absence of housing and communal services, the army, the police, centralized healthcare and education, pension funds, social insurance funds, banking structures, mortgages, loans, retail chains, the homeless, the sick and other attributes characteristic of societies living in cities and based on monetary thinking;

– no garbage, no sewage, no running water, no gas pipeline, no gasoline and gas stations, no asphalt, no cars, no centralized electrical network, no environmental pollution due to the proper use of any resources;

– high spiritual culture, real joy from the opportunity to create something new every day for the benefit of your settlement;

– all the necessary machines and mechanisms for the life of the settlement are made from improvised materials, have an original design, which allows them to be autonomous from foreign manufacturers.;

– the transport structure is based on live or self-propelled transport;

– the military training of each resident of the settlement (the ability to handle classical weapons) within the framework of a high culture of preserving vital activity, allows for full control of the order within the settlement;

– being confident in the enormous power of cashless economies, repeatedly tested by time (from 40,000 BC to the present) we set high goals for them: high profits and growth rates without harming nature, moving away from everything urban: the production of poisons and garbage, the predatory destruction of millions of living beings, previously poisoned by poisons.

The thinking of people living in cities is blocked by the abundance of goods and opportunities, which makes it impossible to escape from many problems in the shortest and cheapest way, which makes price manipulation and speculation possible. To do this, let’s imagine a completely new type of settlement created by inventors for the inventors’ lives. To do this, we will have to combine the best aspects of life used by our ancestors and the achievements of modern humanity. At the same time, there is a system of restrictions — a complete departure from the monetary economy in order to turn off the “horns of problems” raining down on the heads of urban residents.

Let’s say right away that the creation of such settlements is certainly feasible, but only those who set out to completely change their lives and the lives of others in the direction of spiritual development and unlimited wealth, expressed not in money, but in completely different categories, including natural indicators, will be able to live in such settlements (such people are becoming more every day). The standard of living in such settlements will not be comparable to the incomes of the population in cities, due to the lack of money in the economy and other value systems. Cities will be able to borrow many useful resource-saving techniques from such settlements.

The creation of such settlements is possible if there is a certain proportion of inventors in them, whose task is to solve constantly emerging problems when creating such settlements, good knowledge of the area, high erudition, and the right tools for creating working samples of devices and mechanisms. The exchange of experience of communities of inventors in different settlements will play the role of mutual enrichment of banks of ideas and contribute to obtaining more viable and cheaper solutions for every day.

The most difficult stage is the beginning of the creation of such settlements, because it is not known in advance what you will have to face. However, the further rapid growth of well-being within such settlements will allow us to scale the technologies obtained over the vast expanses of our vast country and abandon the labor of emigrants and the import of goods. In the future, migrant flows should disappear altogether, since migrants will return home and create their own settlements of a penniless economy. In general, the problem of migration is related precisely to the existence of monetary economies. Cashless economies enable residents of different countries to rapidly become rich within their countries, which eliminates the need for migration. Migrants will not go to a place where there is simply no money!

The basic idea of such settlements is based on the following postulates:

– the transition to a cashless economy is gradual, according to the development plan, and can take longer or faster, depending on the developments achieved and their implementation, and the residents of the settlement consciously following the plan. Nevertheless, the cost of setting up a settlement should be as small as possible and be significantly less than buying housing in cities (say 10,000 rubles per 1 sq.m. of housing in 2025 prices (compare with 400,000 rubles per 1 sq.m. in some regional capitals)). The effect of a cashless economy should be felt after the first year of living in such settlements. The level of comfort of life (satisfaction of the most basic needs) should be immediately, from the first day, no lower than in cities. Autonomous houses and a bathhouse are provided to new settlers immediately as a member of the community (they cannot be sold and do not have to be paid for, because there is no monetary economy. The payment is charged indirectly due to the active participation of new settlers in the development of the settlement);

– ensuring the availability of a daily food source (a well-balanced recommended set that ensures normal functioning without excess and gluttony, the predominance of plant foods, meat consumption is minimized, but each family can raise animals for their needs in the right amount). The main task of the new settlers is to switch to full self-sufficiency as soon as possible, according to the recommended food production technologies, in order to stop being dependents for the settlement and become a donor with a beneficial effect.;

– ensuring the availability of clean natural water (the rest is made from water). Either a natural reservoir near the settlement is required, or a water generator (well, atmospheric air, rainwater accumulation, etc.). The volume of water consumed is balanced, in order to eliminate excess consumption, a closed cycle of water use is used for a number of household needs. Disinfection of water can be performed by both ultraviolet radiation and electricity (electroactivation). Filtration of water after settling tanks (barrels for primary sediment removal, shungite treatment (well effect)) It is produced taking into account the achievements of craftsmen, for example, by seeping through washed river / sea sand with fillers (silver particles, granite crumbs, small river or sea pebbles, etc.). All materials of the cleaning technology should be easily accessible in the area (or be durable, like shungite), studied by craftsmen for the quality of cleaning. The used materials are used for construction needs;

– the presence of an autonomous house that provides normal living conditions for one family under different climatic conditions (an autonomous DC/water power generator that provides all basic needs. All needs are optimized for minimum power consumption). The house comes with a wood-burning sauna, which performs many useful functions. The heat from the bathhouse is used to heat the house during the cold seasons (an additional external source of heating with hot water or steam). The self-contained house is designed in such a way that it immediately includes everything you need, does not require finishing and additional expenses. One of the goals of such a house is to ensure the development of settlements of a penniless type. Such a house should be designed with high quality, because It should play the role of an inspiring factor, contribute to the development of new ideas for solving settlement problems. That is, it cannot be a box like an urban apartment. The house should be designed taking into account the life experience of our highly spiritual ancestors, who built architectural masterpieces, take into account natural balances, the peculiarity of placement and orientation in space, and be designed in fathoms. The house should be the pride of the settlers living in it, and not a barrack from the time of the creation of collective farms in Soviet times. Engineers of the settlement constantly analyze the problems in the operation of such houses and constantly improve them, which makes it possible to create masterpieces of housing construction in each settlement. A perfect house is the basis of the concept of the philosophy of cashless economies, the main value, the product of settlements, which is traded on the side (to receive funds for the further development of settlements according to the development plan);

– the availability of the minimum necessary amount of clothing and shoes that ensure a comfortable life during the calendar year (something like workwear, but more versatile);

– the availability of a sufficient land plot to provide for the life of an individual family (multi-tiered greenhouses, barns, poultry houses, cowsheds, etc.), taking into account the needs of the entire settlement;

– the availability of tasks for each family in the settlement in accordance with the settlement development plan. There should be no time for inaction, every resident of the settlement works all the time for the benefit of the settlement until the targets are reached, allowing them to “loosen their grip.” The employment of the population gives the desired effect of order and supervision of each member of the settlement and the results of his work by other settlers, i.e. self-control. The basis of a flawed life in cities is that every inhabitant is measured through the prism of money, the paradigm of “what is forbidden by law is not allowed” and so on. In settlements with penniless economies, everything is possible: an idea has appeared, here are the tools, helpers — go and do it — the main thing is to benefit the settlement. This creates a dramatic effect of self-government and the interest of each resident of the settlement in realizing their plans for the benefit of the settlement. In such settlements, there is no mayor or mayor’s office — everyone is their own mayor: if you see a flaw, take it and fix it. We have all the means to do this. Everything is on the self-government, however, there is a community council to weed out harmful ideas that do not correspond to the settlement development plan. To avoid misunderstandings, the community council meets each time from new participants from the settlement (collusion or bribery, typical of monetary economies, is excluded). As a result, from a society based on advice, we get a society of action, a society of unlimited masters. The effect will not be long in coming;

– everything else is solved within the framework of the settlement community with the task of minimizing the cost of solutions.

The first task is to eliminate unnecessary and excessive needs specific to cities, to find a replacement or a reasonable exception.

You’ll have to fork out for the seasonal prices of retail chains or online stores.In the settlement, everyone can make very good quality clothes for free. As a last resort, the settlers will just give it to you.

As you can see from the table, you can forget most of your fears by living in settlements with penniless economies. This is the main point — there is no fear — people free their minds and work real miracles for the benefit of the settlement, because this is their home, here are their brothers and best friends in spirit, like-minded, interesting people with high morals. It’s interesting here. There is no fear here. You’re protected.

Now comes the fun part. And what is the point of such a settlement at all? After all, life behind a fence can be beautiful? I’m not a slave to the community, am I? What if I want to go back to the city?

The beauty of settlements with penniless economies is that being in a community you have to obey the laws of the settlement, because it will fully provide you with everything you need, of course, if you are not lazy and work properly. There is no such thing in cities.

The second point is that the life and development of such settlements already have some noble purpose, because anyone who experiences difficulties in cities or villages will find excellent use for themselves here. There is a job for everyone. In the city you are bankrupt, in the settlement you are rich.

Yes, you will not be able to sell anything that the community provides you for free — it is the property of the community. But you can fully manage everything that you have created yourself with the help of the community, except for the share of the community that you have to compensate for living in it.

Thus, you are free to return to the city again or sell to the residents of the cities what you have made yourself and receive some money for it if you need it. No problem! But money is not applicable inside the settlement, because There are no salaries, shops, or anything that sells for money. There is a different culture here, different riches — not fictional, but real, which are always increasing in value.

I think everyone will decide for themselves whether to return to the city again, remembering what awaits them there. The difference is still very significant.: there you do what the person who pays the salary tells you to do, and in the settlement you are free to do whatever you want without worrying about wages, taxes, pensions or anything else. The main thing is that what you do is included in the community development plan, and that’s all you’re doing. We must take into account that you are ready for everything only as long as the community needs you. If you have already switched to full self-sufficiency, then you can organize your own settlement if you have a strained relationship with someone.

Thus, such settlements are a kind of compensation for a full—fledged life, which you will not find in cities with their noise, fuss, constant anxiety and fears. The rapid growth of such settlements will ensure that the most remote corners of our great country are filled, making the economy stronger every year, because Thousands of donor settlements make the huge expenses of the state for the maintenance of dependents completely unnecessary. The community, which is interested in the welfare of each member of the community, does everything for the state, as everyone brings the community closer to fulfilling the plan. Every person is worth their weight in gold. People are very interested here because they can realize themselves in any role, in the cancers of the settlement plan. You can then move to any newly created settlements and transfer your experience to new settlers. It looks like a scalable network of settlements, the main task of which is to create real values without using money, providing settlement participants with all possible benefits within the framework of the settlement plan. You can develop within settlements almost indefinitely, and I participate in creating my own settlements if you are ready to take responsibility for the people who come to you with hope in their eyes.

In the settlement, everything is like in the army: dressed, shod, there is a place to sleep, study, create, participate in a common cause, which is very interesting. The main thing is to work hard and everything will be fine. You don’t even need to think, because everything you need is already reflected in the planned economy of the settlement.

Here are some technical characteristics of such settlements.

1. Participation of municipalities in the organization of settlements of cashless economies.

What benefits does the municipality gain from supporting cash-strapped settlements?:

– The global economy grinds people indiscriminately, making them indifferent to such concepts as “Homeland”, “honor”, “conscience”, “protection of their land”, “joy of creation”, “joy of birth”, “joy of morning”, “joy of life”, i.e. those very high matters without which a person cannot be called a human being. The indigenous population of our country has preserved all these concepts in their hearts, unlike the ubiquitous migrants who leave their homeland for profit in foreign lands. Inflation eats up everything that people in cities have earned, nullifying all efforts. People migrate, essentially betraying their homeland and turning into permanent wanderers around the world in search of happiness. As a result, people randomly migrate to places where they are paid more, without thinking about where on the planet their place of work is located. As a result, it breaks the Family system, devastates entire regions with the most fertile lands, depletes the quality and erudition of the people themselves, makes the state weaker and ineffective, vulnerable to those who think about something other than money. As a result, the area/country becomes empty, loses any competitiveness and attractiveness for citizens, budget revenues are extremely low and are constantly decreasing. Life is becoming bland and uninteresting; The transfer of the best lands to foreign “investors” (read robbers) operating on foreign territory as if at home turns the country into a desert. Lawlessness and alien traditions, the way of thinking of foreigners makes the remnants of the indigenous population migrate faster to places where there are no migrants or foreigners.

– however, the presence of nearby settlements of penniless economies solves a huge number of tasks that are sometimes unsolvable for the municipality due to limited funds.:

– drastic reduction in the cost of urban maintenance: organization of garbage collection, construction of roads, construction of houses, payment of benefits and pensions, maintenance of police and fire stations, schools, kindergartens, universities, maintenance and repair of urban engineering networks, as people leave cities and lead a completely different, nature-friendly image life;

– settlements solve all their tasks internally, using self-government in the full sense of the word, completely autonomously while remaining a conscientious tax payer. All the municipality needs is to allocate a plot of land suitable for the purposes of the settlement and under no circumstances interfere in the internal affairs of the settlements. That’s it!;

– settlements, being innovative business incubators in their essence, quickly saturate the urban market with their products, reducing imports into the municipality’s borders wherever possible. That is, money not only stays in the municipality, but also increases rapidly. It becomes possible to create new settlements for even faster enrichment. The main question in the administration is: where to put so much money? Daily meetings are devoted to coming up with new sources of costs to spend the current avalanche of money in the budget (roughly similar to what is being done in the PRC or what was done in the USSR (the PRC simply copied) before 1941 (social competitions), but at a new qualitative level without harm to the environment).

– the life of citizens in settlements is filled with many useful meanings, as the main blocker is eliminated – money and constant thoughts about them. Thoughts about money in cities do not allow an individual citizen to develop normally, because he is constantly involved in the games of other people’s interests, constantly losing his savings, constantly wandering in other people’s images, constantly having to adapt to foreign customs and rules that are completely alien to him, longing for something real and worthwhile, often pouring alcohol into his sadness. After all, you want something big and bright, for which you don’t mind giving your life on occasion.

– the municipality gets a special pride — the actions of the settlements fill the treasury with great speed, all citizens are happy, no migrants and related problems, the markets are full of homegrown products at Soviet-era prices, because the settlements produce everything themselves and constantly improve production methods, which allows them to focus on increasing production volumes rather than speculation. The population is gaining momentum by leaps and bounds. The settlements take on the issues of import substitution of components for local plants and factories — everything that is possible is being done, because nothing is impossible in such settlements.

– Here is a real-life example for 2025. Last week, cucumbers cost 63 rubles in a store owned by a network structure (one of the three largest). This week in early December, suddenly, for no reason, cucumbers began to cost 167 rubles, i.e. 265% more expensive, with a falling dollar! Settlements of cash-strapped economies will be able to provide urban counters with a stable price for cucumbers all year round, at about 30 rubles per kg, and for tomatoes about 40-45 rubles per kg. This will eliminate the lawlessness of speculators, make the counters more accessible to older residents (and there are more than 50% of them in the country), and the mayor, of course, will be able to attribute these successes to himself, which is also important for the satisfaction of citizens and the success of the head in his region.;

– buildings in settlements are not capital construction facilities (there is no foundation), which eliminates the associated unnecessary worries, reduces emissions from concrete factories, and the land after settlements remains as clean as before them, but only in a more well-maintained form.

– settlements will completely kill everything foreign. As a result, not a single penny from the region will go into the hands of foreigners anymore. Try to calculate how many foreign products per year are bought in rubles by residents of your city? You will be amazed at such a big waste and stupidity of the townspeople — more than 50% of the salary. And now translate it all into 50-200% profit from each product and you will understand that if everything is different in the region, the townspeople will simply become millionaires, because their expenses will drop 5-10 times! The authorities will have no chance and they will urgently strengthen the ruble until, say, 16,000 rubles per month (the 2006 price level) becomes a normal salary in the regions, rather than the current 80-100,000 rubles. At the same time, with 16,000 rubles, a citizen will be able to save half for savings. This is not fiction — these are settlements of penniless economies. The settlements themselves do not incur any losses — they have no money and therefore everything is measured only in the profits that grow from year to year. All you had to do was remove money from the economy and everything started working again without a squeak!

– types of receipts to the city budget:

a) firstly, budget expenditures are falling sharply, because more and more citizens want to become settlers, i.e. go to autonomy, which dramatically reduces a lot of social expenses for the maintenance of the city. The costs of the police, firefighters, healthcare, pension fund (no salary), electricity, repair of engineering networks, maintenance of transport, infrastructure and many other cost items are reduced. Ideally, if all the townspeople leave for the settlements, then the mayor’s office will turn into a small office with 4 employees: the head, the secretary, the accountant, the economist. I think it’s not a small number.

b) land tax;

c) the tasks of developing the territories of the municipality are solved automatically by settlements;

c) taxes on the business activities of the settlement.

d) And what exactly can settlements of penniless economies offer to citizens? A long—forgotten past (further prices in 2025): for example, a portion of pumpkin or squash porridge 200 g for 16 rubles, then for 1 kg: carrots — 15 rubles, beets — 15 rubles, cabbage – 10 rubles, turnips – 10 rubles, cucumbers — 25 rubles, bell pepper — 20 rubles, tomatoes – 30 rubles, onions — 10 rubles, greens of any kind — 5 rubles a bunch, etc.! Various types of cereals for 10 rubles per 1 kg. Huge savings for the residents of the cities themselves, retail chains will be forced to retreat and transfer the entire vegetable and cereal market to settlements. Add here more direct deliveries from the garden. The townspeople will even be able to come and dig up the vegetables they need directly from the garden. Oh, my God!

Governing bodies of penniless settlements.

Settlement management bodies are not selected. Every day, it is a council of 12-24 settlers (depending on the number of tasks per day), which reviews the indicators for achieving the plan and approves the plan for the day, approving it by simple vote. The plan is immediately passed on to everyone through the foremen, and any settler can give their suggestions on how to achieve the plan’s objectives. The composition is different each time. The randomness factor is involved here, allowing us to see common problems every day from a new perspective, which provides additional synergetic effect for the development of settlements. It’s like being on duty, as a result, sooner or later every resident is forced to become a mayor or administrator for a while. The effect of this is enormous: everyone understands what administrative work is and knows how to do it, and, therefore, they themselves arrange their actions in such a way as to improve the results of their work. The basis or basic law of settlements is their development plan. In addition to the general plan for the settlement, each resident has his own development plans, some of which he can designate on his day of duty, for example, “put up a fence near cowshed No. 19, because this will improve the operation of transport and milk production in the settlement.” Initiator and leads the work on the implementation of the proposal, himself directly involved in the implementation. This is the joy of creativity! Come up with anything that doesn’t contradict the settlement development plan and implement it! No talking, just action and results! However, there is one condition — everything must be done within the framework of inventive approaches — mostly for free on their own.

Law enforcement inside the settlement.

The peculiarity of settlements in cashless economies is that everything is done together, everything is in plain sight. All the settlers not only know each other, but also participate every day in making decisions about the plan for the day and, consequently, about allocating the necessary resources. Money as such is common, it is present only at the initial stage of settlement creation, then its share decreases to zero. Trading activities on behalf of the settlement are conducted in a standard manner through an LLC with a bank account, which is transparent to the municipality.

Thus, the lack of living money in the hands of settlers makes such settlements uninteresting for all kinds of scammers and thieves, because there is nothing to steal, and modern computerized scammers do not like to sell other people’s junk, they can steal from bank cards or through phone calls.

Inside the settlements, only internal communication is used, something like a walkie-talkie, and even then only in extreme cases: everything is already here, you need to go and ask: firstly, you see the person you are talking to, secondly, there is no charge for communication, no one is listening to you or eavesdropping. The size of the settlement is small, which allows you to pass it in a short time (10-20 minutes).

If, nevertheless, a random person gets into the settlement who wants to live for free, he will quickly be disappointed and will leave himself — money is not accepted here, there are no shops with vodka, and you either raise food yourself or receive it for working on settlement tasks (a kind of workdays). If he still decides to settle down with one of the settlers as a parasite, he will also be disappointed, because the settlers are at work all the time, and no one will feed him with their food. That is, the principle of the ejecting chair will work. An outsider who does not behave like everyone else at once will be visible and will attract the attention of the squads, who will quickly figure him out and expel him. So that idlers will avoid such settlements. Only those who understand the idea and its advantages will take root in the settlements. Be honest with everyone, respect everyone, be polite, because tomorrow you may need help, help the recruits, honor the common decision and you will understand the power of unity. In the settlement, in matters of order, everything is resolved very quickly, without police, peacefully, because there is nothing for a parasite and a thief to do here — they are on their way to the city.

The settlement’s work plan.

The basis of the settlement’s work is the plan, which is based on a number of simple principles, following which makes all the miracles described here possible. This is a kind of holy scripture that should be accepted on faith for the duration of life in the settlement.

1) If you believe in a common cause, in your own strength, you will get everything you want.

2) When working with a beginner, explain everything in detail, slowly — you will save both his and your time in the future.

3) Help the newbie — tomorrow he will help the next newbie himself, which will give you more time to implement your tasks.

4) The main task is to increase the number of settlers. Provide them with everything they need, and they will do for you what you need.

5) The public is above the personal. This is the basic postulate. If someone does not agree, then they should not go to the settlement.

6) The main product of the settlement is autonomous houses, miracle baths, autonomous power generators, water extraction and purification systems. This is used both for the needs of the settlement itself and for sale to the side.

7) The work inside the settlement is carried out by everyone together.

8) The distribution of products at first is based on the results of the settler’s work.

9) Technologies inside the settlement should help the settlers to get as quickly as possible: a house, a bathhouse, water, food of their own production.

10) For the first time, food is obtained from raw materials, for example, grain is purchased and then flour, bread, pasta and other products are made from it inside the settlement until there is a grain of its own.

11) Water is first taken from a common well, then each house creates its own water source.

12) No payments within the settlement. If you need to get something, go negotiate with your fellow villagers or do it yourself.

13) Everyone is in the same situation at first — there are no rich and poor, everyone works equally in front of each other.

14) Everything a settlement needs must be of its own production. It is allowed at first to purchase the necessary tools for the organization of primary production.

15) Pottery and blacksmithing products of own production.

16) The basis of the settlement’s production is not only agricultural processing, but also a blacksmith shop, a repair shop, a house-building workshop, and a glass workshop.

17) When building houses and buildings, it is necessary to study in depth the issues of operation in order to improve structures in real time.

18) The basic principle of any production is 0% harm to nature.

19) Agricultural and livestock products do not contain chemicals or harmful substances. Excess production is sold to the cities.

20) In some regions, the repair of cars and household appliances may be a profitable business for the settlement.

21) A blacksmith shop may contain, in addition to classical tools, pressing equipment for the rapid mass production of parts.

22) The repair shop should be equipped with everything necessary for conducting research on inventors and welding metal structures.

23) The education of children of all ages is carried out on its own centrally. The training level is targeted, so the qualification level is the highest. Scientific personnel from among the settlers are involved in the training. The peculiarity of such an education is that the teacher understands what the settlement needs, because he does everything himself. Therefore, he teaches with concrete examples and practice, shows children what they have to do in person. Education takes into account the Federal State Educational Standard as a minimum, which allows teenagers to enroll in urban universities at will. Exams in urban schools, on the instructions of the head of administration, are accepted as usual for children in settlements to receive a certificate.

24) No one pays any salary. It just doesn’t exist, it’s not needed, because everything you need is available in the settlement. If you work better, you have more. Everything.

25) I wanted to go to the city for a while — no question. It’s just that you need to continue what you started later. You can only take the products of your own labor, made for yourself, from the settlement to the city. What was done by everyone belongs to the settlement.

26) Everyone leads a healthy lifestyle. Medical services are not provided, there are no pharmacies and hospitals. In extreme cases, you can contact a city or settlement where healers and doctors of various profiles live. In the settlement, every doctor does not work for a salary, but for the benefit of the entire settlement. Therefore, when making a decision, he is looking for inventive approaches to solving emerging problems, without purchasing medicines (purchase as a last resort).

27) 1-2 hours a day are devoted to gymnastics and martial arts. This sets the general tone and strength in the settlement, strengthens the character and firmness. I have a free minute to go to the horizontal bar or the treadmill.

28) Decisions on complex tasks are made jointly, up to and including discussion by the entire settlement. This kind of brainstorming is capable of moving mountains.

29) Work in the settlement is not an obligation. Everyone does this with pleasure and we understand the importance of everyone in the future of this settlement. Treat it like a game where everyone plays on equal terms.

30) Over time, settlers will have more and more free time, which they will spend on expanding their own farms. Over time, you have the right to organize your own settlement based on your achievements. No licenses or patent rights are required.

31) The solution of problems is carried out in the following order: providing clean food and water to all settlers; providing housing; providing a land plot to a settler, assistance in quickly organizing the autonomous creation of food and water by the settler himself. Once a settler provides for himself, he can then work for the benefit of the settlement in general jobs carried out daily at certain hours (depending on the type and urgency of the work).

32) When viewed from above, the settlement resembles a seething anthill, not a sleeping kingdom. Everyone here understands why they are here and what kind of future they are creating here and now.

33) Every resident is a patriot of his settlement and is ready to fight back against any enemy. The forces and means for this are always available in the settlement (everyone is trained in martial arts, well-trained, armed mainly with cold weapons).

34) All structures in the settlement do not belong to the objects of the capital. construction, no foundations. All structures can be quickly dismantled and moved to a new location.

35) The basic principle: everything is your own. It is observed in every decision, on a daily basis. You need to understand that by learning how to do everything you need to do here and now, you become invulnerable to any adversity that sometimes covers cities and countries. Is there a crisis in the world? Has the dollar gone up again? And we didn’t even notice! We are still doing exponentially.

36) All problems with the settlement’s property (houses, baths, water, generators) they are immediately eliminated by common forces, because This is part of the settlement’s mission to find and eliminate operational problems in settlement products. Everyone is looking for ways to make it even better, even faster, even less material-intensive. For example, in regions where there is no winter, construction will be easier and the efficiency of such settlements may be higher due to lower housing costs.

37) An autonomous house is an innovative structure that surpasses an apartment in the city in its characteristics: cold drinking water, hot water, electricity, ventilation, heating of the house during cold periods. The living area is 40-100 sq. m. depending on the number of residents. Over time, you can make yourself a few more homes for your children or elderly parents who will take care of the household. The cost of 1 sq. m. should not exceed 10,000 rubles. This limitation is necessary to enhance inventive abilities.

38) Settlements have developed a high degree of mechanization of labor-intensive work. Animal and human manpower is widely used. There are no tractors, combines, cranes, excavators in the usual sense (due to the high cost), but there are mechanisms to replace them of their own design: diggers, mowers, threshing machines, mechanical mills. Compare, for example, the designs of the first tractors from modern monsters with wide wheels. Nevertheless, the old tractor design is quite viable for agricultural tasks, and the cost is hundreds of times lower. I. e. this is quite modern equipment, of sufficient performance, created by the craftsmen of the settlement. Without fuel and lubricants (ideally). Lubricants, again, are of our own production from plant and animal media, minerals (graphite), liquid or roller bearings.

39) There are no centralized engineering networks in the settlement. Everything is self-contained in every home.

40) There is no sewage system familiar to urban residents. Everything is solved in a different way, without waste.

41) Each settler changes the type of work every day. This is done in order to use the randomness factor: doing a certain job all day long has a chance to find ways to make it easier. Therefore, every settler works consciously and meaningfully.

42) Settlers are grouped into sectors on a daily basis: areas of work that are extremely important for the work of the settlement — the inventive sector, the pilot industry sector, the repair sector, the educational sector, the martial arts and cold weapons sector, the educational sector, the agricultural sector, the livestock sector, the cooking sector, etc. These sectors do not have a permanent staff, everyone will visit each sector. But sectors may have “heads” of the sector, i.e. those who understand the issues of the sector better and can help at first. Let’s say someone can work in the educational sector for a week, and then switch to the livestock sector, etc. The main thing is that the sectors should be filled with a sufficient number of settlers on a daily basis. This usually does not cause difficulties, since a change of occupation gives the settlement a rapid deployment of invention in all areas at once.

43) Working with weapons is mandatory for all settlers. The settlement may have a license as a private security company, if necessary, in order to remove legislative barriers on this issue. Working with weapons develops a number of very valuable unifying qualities among settlers, allows them to relax and think more freely, develops a sense of mastery in any matter, makes them be more courteous and careful when communicating. It forms and hardens the body and spirit. Besides, it’s just interesting to wave a saber in the field like that. Imagine the view from a helicopter: 200 people are standing and synchronously working with a saber or a spear and a shield! Those who want to enter such a settlement without asking will immediately decrease. These classes are especially useful for children, because they develop skills in a game environment. At night, various types of animals, including predatory ones, are used to protect the borders of the settlement. The settlement on the border is also reinforced by classical military structures (traps, underground passages, trenches, ramparts, watchtowers, bell towers, water barriers, bridges), which helps settlers acquire the necessary skills and is interesting for children to study the military history of their people. The structures are used in frequently held war games in the settlement.

44) In places where there are no natural reservoirs, several artificial reservoirs (ponds) are set up with fishing, for grazing animals, boating, and water entertainment.

45) The rite of daily bathing is obligatory for all settlers, since a healthy body is a healthy mind. Herbal baths help to remove skin parasites (temperatures above 42 ° C), saturate the body with healing substances, relieve fatigue, and relax muscles. We will also consider the issue of using a sauna later. because the bathhouse plays an important role in the settler’s household.

46) In the primary phase of settlement development, only raw materials for the manufacture of necessary things are purchased. For example, fabrics and threads may be required for the production of clothing. Next, the task is to produce fabrics and threads, needles and scissors ourselves. In this way, everything that needs to be paid for should be taken out of the life of the settlement. From manufacturing to life in the countryside, but with the comfort of the 21st century. You should also pay attention to the fact that clothing in the settlement should eventually be produced not centrally, but locally in each house.

47) What is produced centrally in the settlement requires considerable effort and is used for large amounts of work. The rest is done locally for the needs of each household.

48) An important principle of settlement development: the economic strength of a settlement depends entirely on the household. the forces of each household, i.e. the maximum autonomy of each house from the settlement, becomes a top priority, for example: the production of food, clothing, water, energy. This creates a kind of social competition, so that each yard shows the others how to approach common tasks. The best examples are immediately taken as the basis for the entire settlement.

49) Each yard has a significant plot of land, 2 hectares or more, to accommodate everything necessary and produce a sufficient amount of plant and livestock products.

50) The main difference between such a settlement and a banal collective farm is that the more the settlement develops, the more each yard develops, the more profit each yard makes, and the more free time the owners of such a yard have. That is, no one forces you to die in the collective farm beds. The main task is the rapid development of your court, your empire. Further, if you wish, you can create such settlements yourself to expand production volumes. Then why do we need other courtyards? Some tasks can’t be done alone, but we can do it together. In the old days, the kulaks used the labor of hired people. In the settlement, you use the help of neighbors in exchange for your help when they suddenly need your help. Unity in common tasks, joy for the success of others (now you can do the same) — this is the main goal of the settlement.

51) Another important task of settlements in cashless economies is to completely eliminate the dependence of settlement life on any foreign technology: we change everything complex to very simple and as cheap as possible. We replace the know-how from foreigners with products created by our own brains. It’s time to turn on your head, citizens. Sometimes I am very pleased with foreign videos in which I see how people have suffered through penniless economies — thousands of craftsmen around the world demonstrate the wonders of how to replace expensive things with their almost free counterparts with the same functionality in just minutes using the simplest tools. This is the main secret of the success of cashless economies: people are always happy to do something absolutely for free so that others can do the same. It looks like a worldwide protest against embezzled bankers and speculators in corporations. This is a completely alternative, very highly efficient type of economy that overcomes all the disadvantages of capitalism and socialism, completely replacing them and making everyone’s life filled with new meanings and tasks! However, in this version of the economy, the one who makes something with his hands gets richer, i.e. every single person. Making money at someone else’s expense will not work here, because The settlement system is such that everyone sees what their neighbor is doing, and automatic control is obtained to immediately identify violators of the settlement’s foundations and thereby increase profit growth in the settlement. We remove the thief from the settlement’s borders or hand him over to the authorities if caught red—handed.

52) Animals in settlements are not killed as in cities. Everything here corresponds to natural principles. Only old animals are used. Young animals are used to produce a variety of products used in settlements: bird eggs, animal milk (cow, goat, camel, horse), wool (goat, sheep, yak wool, camel). Horses, moose (strong animals) are used as transport and in the cultivation of land, in military games, for teaching children to ride and take care of animals. We use any kind of animals that can bring us the materials we need, such as quails. We use bird and animal droppings to produce methane. To get building blocks, you need a lot of eggs (protein — glue). We grow all kinds of fish in artificial and natural ponds. The basic principle is the same — a ban on catching young animals or fishing during spawning, only old fish can be eaten. This will give unprecedented fish growth. Ponds can be designed to be of the required width (long, narrow) and covered for winter conditions. In general, your imagination will show the way! The main thing is not to worry about whether I will be able to sell my products to the city. The main thing is that you do everything for yourself. The city is in second place if there is an excess in something.

53) We use the inventive principle of an ideal structure or object in everything: there is no object/structure, but the function is performed

This is an incomplete list of the development plan. Everyone will complete it over time, understanding the idea. The main thing is for everyone to understand the advantages of cashless economies — they eliminate all the problems typical of cities. It is very similar to life in the countryside, with the difference that people do not flee from villages to cities, but on the contrary, the best of the best go to settlements and fill them with vibrant life for the benefit of themselves and others. Normal people are interested here, but criminal clans have no place here, because there is no money and you can’t arrange or hide raspberries here, and everyone is armed and trained in military affairs. No one wants to poke into a hornet’s nest. You won’t leave it alive. To protect the settlement’s borders from thieves arriving from cities, squads are working to patrol the settlement’s borders. Due to the special spirit, thieves from other settlements are impossible. Explanatory work is carried out with thieves, after which they are either expelled or transferred to the hands of law enforcement agencies in the city for re-education (if caught a second time). Thus, settlements clean up the garbage coming from cities, performing the cultivation of the cities themselves.

The size of the settlement.

Due to the peculiarities of such settlements, the maximum number of settlers in one settlement should not exceed 10,000 people. This is dictated by the issues of the maximum allowable number, when the management on the square is still working, and then it becomes ineffective (ancient wise practices). This number also corresponds to ancient management recipes for managing order within a settlement. When this number is reached, a new settlement is created and everything starts over, but with the help of the parent settlement, without the participation of the municipality. That is, a kind of network marketing, but without money.

The use of computers and other redundant technologies in the settlement.

And how did people fly in space without computers before? They just used different principles of working with large numbers in their minds! The principles of the settlement are such that there should be no regular payments, for example, for cellular communications, for the Internet, for television, for gasoline, for an atomic car, etc. You pay 0 rubles a month — that’s the only way. Television is considered excessive and harmful within the framework of the settlement (obsessive advertising by bankers engaged in the shameful business of reducing money at interest (what could be more vile? Here we recall the story of bread from the movie “The Republic of SHKID”), or the biblical stories in Egypt), because all the news is inside the settlement and immediately becomes known among the settlers. No one should be interested in what happens outside the settlement, because there is a lot of news right in the settlement. Therefore, the use of computers is used only for storing databases of books (for engineers and students), technical calculations, and patent databases. We can consider using a local type of AI, trained on the available knowledge base materials. This will make the search faster for children and students taking their first steps in inventing. And yet, working with books in person will win, because it gives a living force to thinking, especially for children. Using live books makes the computer less necessary (almost unnecessary). In general, the trends are such that the use of computers made from foreign components will decrease every year, since computer production must be its own. Over time, some settlements will create their own types of computers, and then they will be used within the settlement network. It’s like a civilization with a clean slate — if you want to have something, do it yourself. No shopping. It is the lack of something that generates interest in doing it your own way, and this is a useful seed for reviving the economy of any country.

Most of the technologies used by humanity today are redundant. Strangely enough, for 2025, the main problems remain the fight against poverty, lack of food and clean water all over the planet. The cost of clean water in city stores has already exceeded 20 rubles per liter (in tourist areas 50 rubles or more per 0.5 liters) — and this is in Russia, where the reserves of clean natural water are the largest in the world. There is speculation and a desire for businesses to sell water at the price of gasoline, because the cost of bottling water is practically zero.

People don’t need the following technologies to live a normal life (for example):

– humanoid robots with a cute female face representing a rubber mask hiding the ugly face of the robot. Maintenance of such robots, of course, requires regular expenses (and even what), so they are not suitable for settlements in cash-strapped economies. Also, given that these robots are made in foreign countries and must be constantly connected to the Internet, they can be used to harm people in unexpected ways, they can spy and steal the know-how of settlements. The use of robots is possible only for autonomous ones of their own production, which do not require connection to any network or any regular payments.;

– artificial intelligence in all spheres of life (fingerprints, face recognition, cameras for tracking vehicle numbers on roads, hundreds of tracking cameras in cities, etc.). Society all over the world is increasingly demanding to move away from the policy of total and peeping control and move towards a policy of maximum self-government in society. If video surveillance is necessary in a small settlement, then it should be decided by the residents of the settlement themselves, and not by an uncle from above. Full self-government (without an uncle from above) is possible only in settlements with penniless economies. There are not even prerequisites for the creation of terrorism or violations, because all people are busy with specific tasks and everything is in plain sight. Time itself tells us to move from the era of bosses who are far from the people, who are afraid of the people, to the era of self-regulation and self-government in places where everyone is their own boss (following the example of Cossack settlements in the old days). The Cossacks autonomously guarded the borders of our country, even where the central authorities could not reach for hundreds of years, which allowed not only to preserve the borders, but also to significantly expand them due to the constant pushing of the enemy further into his (enemy’s) territory. The loss of their territory with each attack eventually forced the enemy to sign peace agreements in order to be left with nothing at all. Settlements in cashless economies lay a solid foundation for this approach. This approach will be warmly welcomed in every corner of the world.

– electric vehicles for the price of a spacecraft. A sound urban policy regarding the problems of population migration and urban transport can generally reduce the number of individual vehicles in cities. If we make controlled prices for taxis, then there will be many times fewer cars. The number of cars per capita is constantly growing, creating new challenges and challenges for cities that did not exist before. Courtyards in cities have turned from blooming gardens and parks into fetid concrete-asphalt parking lots. It is difficult for pedestrians to survive in cities because streams of cars constantly cross the paths of pedestrians, the air is not suitable for breathing. There are no cars inside the settlements of penniless economies. Transport is used only where it is really needed, and even then without gasoline and diesel fuel. No one uses transportation for every little thing. Everything is nearby in the settlement, in order to eliminate the need for transport in the settlement itself.;

– central power supply with monstrous thermal power plants of incredible cost. Settlements in cashless economies are built so that each house generates the energy it needs. Therefore, in case of hostilities, there are no centralized energy facilities that can be destroyed. This is a very significant advantage of settlements of cashless economies in a strategic sense in modern realities.

– any new technologies that provoke new types of monthly or regular payments, since the purpose of such technologies is to increase the volume of siphoning funds from citizens (population) by corporations that breed like mushrooms after rain. Cashless economies force such corporations to overestimate their business objectives or shut down altogether.;

– huge, immense production of oil and gas, coal, oil, coal and gas wars. Settlements in cashless economies do not produce either, because this contradicts the objectives of protecting nature with huge amounts of toxic emissions and waste. In return, settlement technologies make it possible to obtain comparable profits (as a percentage of the invested costs) on completely environmentally friendly technologies due to the reasonable use of the advantages of this territory. All technologies used are based on renewable (infinite) sources of the surrounding world (recycling water in the atmosphere, growing the right types of wood, breeding valuable fish species, etc.). Settlements of penniless economies show by real examples that if we move away from the immeasurable theft of national wealth by corporations and bankers around the world, then there will be enough for everyone to live, and even more — we will be able to feed the whole world with cheap and natural food due to the transfer of wealth around the world from centralized sole purchasers (6-7 American families of the founders of the banking industry) the world’s wealth into the hands of the entire people of the planet. This can only be done by switching to alternative technologies in cashless economies in order to gradually reduce to zero the flow of money into the pockets of greedy bankers who, without constantly printing money, will not be able to deceive people by buying real valuables in exchange for waste paper, the price of which can be manipulated in every possible way. As long as there are cities, bankers will make money by manipulating the prices of food and water and selling essentially unnecessary goods at exorbitant prices (humanoid robot dolls, video cards worth millions of rubles, ultra—high-resolution televisions and monitors, etc.). Salvation from them lies only in the speedy transition of as many inhabitants of the planet as possible to penniless economies. The fight against them has been waged before. However, they solved such issues by putting the muzzle of a pistol to the head of the head of the settlement or a private entrepreneur. Now every well-trained warrior will have a pistol, and there will be more heads. There is no way to intimidate everyone.;

– Retail chains. We all see what happened to prices when retail chains appeared — food prices change daily like prices on the stock exchange. The population has no way to plan a family budget. Networks, in fact, are already manipulating all the people at once, forcing people to migrate in search of high-paying jobs, bend their backs and bow to the gentlemen from the network business. Already, the best youth of our country are working on the network, delivering pizza and sausages online in all cities of our great country. But young people are our future! The future of new slaves is already being laid. Prices are rising all the time, speculation in retail chains shows its predatory grin at every turn. The governing bodies do not react to this in any way (everything seems to be within the law), everything is piled on the heads of the population, as well as hordes of new taxes — budgets are bursting at the seams, because huge amounts of capital are leaving the regions to the owners of retail chains somewhere beyond the cordon (CYPRUS, and other islands in the Pacific Ocean). Settlements of cashless economies solve this issue radically by setting understandable long—term prices for their partner cities. The greater the cooperation, the greater the possibility of further lowering prices and ousting any network speculators from the regions, creating a price shield that will make network operation impossible in the region, and creating settlement stalls in the cities of the region in each district for step-by-step access by city residents. As a result, regional administrations will be able to conserve huge resources within their regions and prevent regional retail chains from withdrawing money to other areas on the world map.;

– television. Pensioners may be against it, but that’s only because no one deals with them in cities at all, and being a pensioner is a little better than being a stray dog in cities. It is necessary to radically change the policy in the field of citizens of retirement age. These are people who have been freed from their work obligations, and now they are interested in life. In practice, they are banned everywhere. Settlements in cashless economies are happy to welcome everyone — there is a job for everyone, young and old. Elderly people can patiently pass on the experience to children, which should be done while young people build settlements.;

– 5G and so on, because less than 1% of citizens and companies use 100% of the features of such technologies (yes, there are short peaks of a few seconds during the day), and 100% of citizens experience physical damage at the level of DNA and living cells from radiation all the time, for years. We need to find a compromise between speed and demand. If people are focused on mobile site visits, then such sites must be mobile in order to load normally even on 2G. For example, no one canceled the maximum size of 50 kilobytes for the first page of the site (Jacob Nielsen). In practice, the first page often has a size of 20 MB or more, which causes the illusion that the connection is slow. Within the settlements, the Internet as such is not used so widely and massively. You should also keep in mind that high speed is available both to you and to people who download data from your device through applications.

– ubiquitous Wi-Fi in public places and even in apartments at 2.4 and even 5 GHZ frequencies (microwave radiation comparable to a microwave oven (remember how an egg explodes in a microwave oven?)). For example, in the article https://habr.com/ru/companies/nag/articles/373459 /?ysclid=mirgtzgkp4968942833, shocking specific data from experiments on mice exposed to constant 2.4 GHz radiation for several months (not even 5 GHz) are considered. Wi-Fi radiation leads to the degradation of certain organs and tissues, metabolic disorders in the body, and you can’t argue with that – the facts. Always use wired Internet in a room with people to be sure that there is no harm to your body and to your children and animals.

– alternating current should not be used in buildings where there may be people, because the harm of alternating current has long been known and often causes many diseases, headaches, tumors, poor sleep. The use of alternating current for short-term industrial purposes (if there are people nearby) is acceptable.

– centralized sewerage system. We all know that sewage often flows directly into natural bodies of water, such as into the sea, directly into the places where tourists swim in the Sochi area. This causes not only dangerous intestinal diseases, but also discourages people from visiting such garbage dumps at all, spending money and time traveling thousands of kilometers. There is no centralized sewage system in the settlements, as well as no garbage. Everything goes into action or is burned. No harm to nature. If there were such settlements in the Sochi area, the sea would be as clear as a tear and there would be millions of people from all over the world who would like to swim in it!

An autonomous house + a sauna + a blacksmith shop is a miracle of engineering.

The house is the basis of a settlement of penniless economies. In fact, one such house is a mini—replica of the entire settlement. If a settlement disappears, but at least one surviving courtyard remains, then all settlements can be restored in a matter of months! That’s the kind of survivability. The guardian house of all settlement technologies. It should be very unusual and, most importantly, very cheap, but at the same time be quite comfortable with sufficient space. Here are a number of requirements for such a house:

– there is no foundation;

– the support for the house should be of minimal size;

– the house should have an attractive, perhaps unusual design that sets it apart and attracts attention.;

– the house should have a lightweight metal frame designed for quick assembly

– insulation for walls, floors, and roofs must be a local material. The insulation itself is made in the settlement.

– the living area of the house should be 40-100 sq.m. (a circle with a diameter of 11.3 m). The area depends on the number of residents and the limitations of the given house design.

– ceiling height up to 4 m is variable;

– the house must be equipped with electricity (direct current), cold drinking water, hot water for washing hands, ventilation, and a bathroom (without sewerage). There is a sauna for body washing.

– bathroom waste is incinerated in a special plasma jet.

– the water drains are carefully filtered. The water is reused for watering plants. All active detergents are biodegradable from natural ingredients.

– the house should have a large balcony, because It is convenient for a variety of household needs, including for relaxing after the heat of the day, airing rooms, drying fruits and vegetables.;

– there is no furniture in the house in the usual sense, but there are elements that replace cabinets and shelves.;

– the dimensions of the house are measured in fathoms for harmonious integration into wildlife (using the technology described by the great Russian researcher A.F. Chernyaev);

– the house has a fine finish made from materials of its own production;

– the cost of 1 sq.m. of such a house is about 10 times lower than the cost of 1 sq. m. in nearby large cities in their central part.

– any renovation of the house is done by the settlement forces to monitor the operational characteristics of the building and make adjustments to the design of future houses.

The sauna should also be built entirely from materials of its own production. The bathhouse should have a dressing room, the size of the bathhouse itself should be about 10-12 square meters. in order to create a certain comfort when visiting it, but not to be huge in order to reduce energy consumption for heating the air in the bath. The sauna is used as a multi-purpose facility: here you can wash, warm up, undergo herbal treatment, wash, wash dishes, dry things, read literature, sleep. The furnace itself in the bathhouse also has features that make the bathhouse easier to maintain.

The forge is a special pride — everything is its own here, the whole tool is universal, you can make any part or product manually or using simple devices and mechanisms.

We will devote separate articles to specific constructive descriptions of houses, baths and blacksmith shops.

Wall panels.

The basis of all buildings in the settlement are innovative wall panels, which must be made from very cheap or even gratuitous materials directly in the settlement and at the same time have sufficient performance characteristics. At first, it seems like an unsolvable task. However, let’s look at what the familiar sandwich panels used everywhere in cities consist of: two plates of corrugated sheet and a layer of mineral wool between them. That’s it! Yes, we can buy a riot of thin-sheet steel and make a corrugated trapezoidal sheet, but the problem with trapezoidal sheet is that it is a solid material, steel, which is not suitable for a breathable home. The advantages of the trapezoidal sheet are that it does not let the wind through, it is quite rigid. Let’s try to simulate a trapezoidal sheet by making a plywood box with thin partitions also made of wood. So, we got a perfectly acceptable box. Next, we will protect the outside of our plywood with a thin membrane — this will give the effect of moisture and wind protection. The membrane needs glue, it is expensive. We will replace it with an “old—fashioned” glue – fishing line (the thread will rot quickly), which we literally sew through the membrane (with an awl, drill bit) and fasten it to plywood. It turned out great. Next, where can I get mineral water (or styrofoam or expanded polystyrene)? These are all expensive things and they don’t suit us. But! We have something better, and there’s plenty of it around. An old recipe uses stalks of straw, reeds, and reeds. It seems like it’s not bad, but we live in the 21st century and there’s a lot of garbage around. Can’t it be used? We collect some types of garbage and grind it into crumbs: leftover wood, plastic bottles, cardboard and plastic packaging. Next, we pour all this with finely chopped crumbs from the same dry grass — straw, lightly ramm and get essentially a minvata (a kind of filler mixed with air bubbles). To prevent the filler from crumbling, you can place it in a mesh made of fishing line or film. Although you can do without them by making our sandwich panel side walls. We got something like a 3x1m or 6x1m box filled with filler. All that remains is to carefully mount such panels and carefully adjust them to each other to prevent moisture from entering. The holes under the fishing line are small enough to allow moisture or wind to pass through. Let’s remember the log house. There are big cracks and the wind blows through the house. There is no such thing here — everything is very tightly fitted to each other.

It will also be possible to use blocks (large but light bricks) made with their own hands from urban waste and local materials (clay mixed with grass/ wood / plastic crumbs and natural adhesives (egg white in a liquid state)) for walls. Next, we make hollow blocks from which we lay light but strong walls. For insulation, we again pour crumbs from plastic waste or grass into the cavities of the blocks. We also use a solution of our own design.

An autonomous electric power generator.

In the 21st century, it will be difficult without electricity, and we will not get a degree of comfort similar to cities. All sorts of Western ideas with solar panels will not suit us — the price is cosmic, we need something for free, which is plenty around. Therefore, we need to get some kind of prototype source of gratuitous or almost gratuitous electrical energy. This will further simplify our connection to other infrastructure. Here you need to rummage through the literature of the 13th and 15th centuries (the time of Leonardo da Vinci), you may come across suitable mechanisms, look in the works of Ampere and Faraday — there are brilliant ideas there, search the Internet — a lot of craftsmen are doing something. From the modern one, a mini-thermal power plant with firewood, which is made in the Urals, is quite suitable for us: a cylinder with a simple valve, we fill it with water, heat it, create steam pressure, direct the outlet to an impeller mounted on an electric generator mounted above the cylinder, the generator feeds a buffer battery (an ordinary car battery is quite suitable) to obtain a continuous network. Everything can be done by yourself, except for the electric generator, since you can find the right one at a suitable price or remove it from an old car for almost free. To get the right voltage, we use the right converters, which are full in stores, or we make a transformer manually from books. We can also produce hydrogen by electrolysis of water (electrolysis allows us to produce high purity hydrogen (up to 99.99%)) or methane from animal excrement (methane is needed for tractor engines). The idea of methane is quite feasible if there are a lot of reserves of these very excrements, i.e. you can’t pump a lot of methane alone, but you can get a methane filling station from 100 yards. The rest of the semi-fantastic, at first glance, ideas will be given in a separate article.

Cylindrical multi-tiered greenhouses – little space on the site, a minimum of walkways.

Multi-tiered greenhouses will allow you to create continuous cultivation of fruit crops, planting them sequentially in time. First one tier, a month later the second tier, and so on. The greenhouse should have a minimum outdoor area, which forces it to be cylindrical with one internal staircase, allowing access to the tiers (similar to the stairs of a tower crane). The maximum area is occupied by boxes with soil. Each box contains an autonomous UV light source and a drip irrigation system. Ventilation is organized inside the greenhouse, creating natural ventilation of the tiers.

Repair shop

The repair shop contains a number of irreplaceable machines for the first time, for the rapid lifting of the settlement. The universal forging tool is mainly used, there are rollers, bending mill, wire mill, bent profile. There is a glass shop that will work until another material for transparent surfaces is found.

Equipment and transport in the settlement (there are no gas stations, but there is methane).

The settlement’s land plot.

The size of the land plot in the settlement is determined by careful calculations. There should be enough land for all purposes of the settlement, but it should be used 100%. If there is unused land, this is a poor optimization of land plots. Less land means less tax. This provides an incentive for denser multi-level buildings. Although there are no problems with 70% of the land in our country, settlements should be as economical as possible on their own.

Transportation in the settlement, shared stable, shared cowshed.

There is no transportation in the settlement as such. Heavy loads are used only in public works, where animal traction is used. To get to the cities— you can use carts or rent a car, if there is no way without it at all. Grazing of large animals is common, as it is expensive to keep large animals in each yard, but anyone can take a cow for milking if necessary.

Private goat house, pigsty, poultry house.

There can be an unlimited number of small animals and birds in each house. There is only one rule — the yard must be clean. How to ensure this is the problem of the yard owner.

Kindergarten, school, high school, library in the settlement.

Settlements in cashless economies would not have taken place if children’s education had to be done in cities. This would negate the parents’ free time and all the work in the settlement. Therefore, all children in the settlement are supervised by the older generation in groups in order to be accommodated within the same courtyard. Let’s say Baba Dusi has mathematics, Ivan Ivanovich has Russian, etc. That’s life! Children learn all aspects of settlement life from a young age and learn better what they will need to live independently in the settlement.

A private workshop.

A private workshop/forge should contain a simple but versatile tool, possibly a welding machine to make any details for your yard. There may be small machines and contraptions here, why not.

Crime and punishment (high morality, everyone knows each other, corporal punishment at will).

Sooner or later, someone will stumble. And then what to do? The choice is expulsion from the settlement (for weaklings), voluntary consent to physical punishment (caning (10-25 blows), which sets you up for serious work in the future and awareness of guilt, you won’t want to repeat it), naming publicly at the general meeting how exactly you plan to work out your guilt. Further at the discretion of the settlers.

Conclusion.

The topic of settlements in cashless economies can be continued indefinitely, because This is essentially the multi-million-year history of our people on this planet. Search and you will find. Our planet holds many secrets that will be revealed only to those who have achieved an understanding of their responsibility for their actions and their impact on the world around them. Let’s go, friends!
